Pre-requisites: Intermediate written English levels . Technical support is in English. All levels in pastry making and cake design are accepted.

The training lasts all day, we will welcome you from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm.

Technical support provided in paper format.

A training certificate for you will be returned at the end of the training.

All equipment is loaned for the duration of the course. Raw materials and supplies are also provided and included in the price.

At the end of the training you will be assessed using a quiz / quiz to give a level of appreciation of the hot training, then cold a few months later.

Each trainee is required to clean his work surface, the equipment and tools that are lent to him.

PEDAGOGICAL OBJECTIVES:

  • Learning the techniques to work with pre-colored cocoa butter.
  • Learn how to mold, fill and stopper chocolate bars.
  • Learn how to temper chocolate, molding candies on 5 different designs.
  • Learn the different ways of filling chocolate candies (5 different fillings)

In the event of cancellation or abandonment on your part with medical proof, the deposits will be kept and not refunded but reusable for a later course.

In the event of cancellation or rescheduling of the workshop by Luma’s Cake for a reason of force majeure, a new date will be proposed but you retain the possibility of requesting a refund of your deposit.

The model produced in the workshop may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes.
